GeldPlan (“App”) is published by SI-DZHEM, TOO, registered in Kazakhstan as Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью «Си-Джем» and trading as Si-Jam (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing and using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Financial Data Stored Locally
Items you enter — income, expenses, budgets, notes, statistics — are saved solely on your device. GeldPlan never includes their amounts, balances, dates, names, comments or other contents in feedback or product-analytics events.
2. Optional Back-Ups
- The App can export a backup file to a location you pick (internal storage, SD-card, or a third-party cloud drive such as Google Drive or Dropbox).
- Restoring simply reads that file back.
- GeldPlan does not upload backup files to its own servers or retain a copy. The App writes a backup only to the location or storage provider you choose.
- The Storage permission is requested only for backup import/export.
- Exported backup files are stored as-is (not encrypted) in the location you choose. If you need extra protection, save the file inside an encrypted folder or cloud drive.
- Third-party cloud services have their own privacy and security practices. When you save a backup to such a service, its handling of the file is governed by that provider’s privacy policy (for example, Google Drive Privacy Policy or Dropbox Privacy Policy).
3. Optional Purchases
The App may offer optional purchases processed by Google Play Billing.
- Purchases may support development and remove ads where ads are shown.
- Core financial features and your local data are not backed up, synced, or transferred by purchases.
- Google Play may share a purchase token with the App so it can recognise purchase status.
- We do not receive your card details or any personal payment information.

4. Advertising & Consent
The App may display ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID
- IP address and coarse location
- Device information (model, OS version)
We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalised or non-personalised ads where legally required. You can change or withdraw your consent anytime via Settings → About & Help → Privacy options in the App.
Ad data is used according to your consent and your Google Play Store ad preferences. If ads cannot be requested because of your consent choices or the current ad state, the App should not request or show ads. Learn more in Google AdMob & AdSense Privacy.
5. Optional Feedback & Product Analytics
Both features are off by default and are controlled independently in Settings.
- Manual feedback. Enabling the feedback button, opening the form or closing it sends nothing. Only after you select Send, GeldPlan sends your 1–5 rating, one fixed reason, a stable screen name, app version/build and app UI language to Google Cloud Firestore. No free text or financial record content is included. Google Firebase and App Check may process network and app/device-integrity information, including the IP address and an integrity token, to deliver and protect the request.
- Usage statistics. If you separately enable this option, Google Analytics for Firebase starts collecting an app-instance ID, sessions and screen activity, app and device information, approximate location derived from a masked IP address, and app purchase/subscription events. GeldPlan also sends only stable, closed-list screen identifiers. GeldPlan does not set an Analytics user ID or user properties and disables Analytics Advertising ID collection and ad-personalisation signals.
We use these optional data only to understand reliability, retention and which screens need improvement. They are not combined with the contents of your financial records. You can disable each option at any time in Settings → Voluntary feedback. Disabling Analytics stops future collection; previously collected aggregate records remain subject to Google Firebase and Analytics retention and deletion controls. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. Crash & Diagnostics (Android Vitals)
If the user has enabled “Share usage & diagnostics with Google” in Android settings, the operating system may automatically send anonymised crash logs to Google Play. GeldPlan receives aggregated, de-identified stack traces only; we cannot see personal information or link a crash to a specific user.
You can turn this Android feature off at any time in Settings → Google → Usage & diagnostics.
7. How the App Uses Your Data
GeldPlan processes data only to:
- show your entries on the calendar;
- calculate balances and statistics;
- recognise optional purchase/ad-removal status after a valid purchase token is received.
- process optional manual feedback explicitly submitted by you;
- measure app use for the voluntary Analytics cohort.
GeldPlan provides general budgeting tools and does not offer financial advice.
8. Your Control
- Local data — delete inside the App or by uninstalling it.
- Backup files — delete manually from the storage location you chose.
- Ads personalisation — change anytime in Google Settings → Ads, and you can revisit the consent form via App Privacy Options.
- Diagnostics — Android usage and crash reports are managed by your system settings.
- Feedback and Analytics — control each option independently in App Settings.
9. Security
We use Android-level sandboxing plus optional biometric / PIN lock (if enabled in settings).
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Your Rights
Your financial records remain local. Requests concerning optional feedback or Analytics data may be limited because GeldPlan does not attach your name, account or contact details to those records. Contact us and we will assist within 30 days where identification is reasonably possible.
12. Changes
Future updates to this policy will appear inside the App and, if available, on the official store or privacy page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
